Privacy Policy

Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how OpoCentro handles information when you use the OpoCentro exam-preparation mobile app and this website. OpoCentro is designed as a local-first study app: no account or login is required for the current version.
Information OpoCentro processes
Most study information stays on your device. This can include your selected study content, answers, attempts, progress, mastery and review information, session and exam history, preferences, and locally saved question-feedback notes. This information is stored in the app’s local database so the app can provide study features. OpoCentro does not currently provide account-based syncing of this study data to an OpoCentro server.
When the app checks for or downloads published study content, it makes network requests to the Question Factory backend operated on Cloudflare. Those requests request content such as available syllabuses, questions, and study metadata. They do not intentionally include an OpoCentro account identifier because the app does not currently have accounts.
As with normal internet services, Cloudflare and the network infrastructure used to deliver the website and content service may process technical request information, such as IP address, request headers, and timestamps, to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service. OpoCentro does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Subscriptions and Apple
Subscriptions are offered through Apple’s StoreKit and the App Store. Apple processes payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. OpoCentro does not receive or store your payment-card details. The app uses StoreKit to request available products, make purchases or restorations you initiate, and determine whether a subscription entitlement is active. The app does not operate a separate hosted payment system.
Information OpoCentro does not collect
For the current product, OpoCentro does not require a name, email address, password, profile, or login. It does not use advertising, ad tracking, analytics SDKs, cookies for tracking, or an AI Professor feature. It does not sell personal data.
Service providers
OpoCentro uses the following providers only for the functions described above:
- Cloudflare, to host this website and deliver the Question Factory study-content backend.
- Apple, to provide App Store distribution and StoreKit subscriptions and payments.
Retention and deletion
Study and progress data remains on your device until you reset learning data in the app or remove the app and its local data. Published study content may remain cached on the device until it is updated or the app data is removed. Technical server records are retained only for the period needed for service operation, security, and troubleshooting, subject to the applicable provider’s retention practices.
Security
OpoCentro uses reasonable measures appropriate to its current local-first architecture, including platform storage and HTTPS for content requests. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and you should keep your device protected.
Your choices and rights
You can reset learning data in the app or remove the app to remove locally stored study data from your device. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple account. Depending on where you live, you may also have privacy rights concerning personal information processed by service providers. You may use the contact method below to ask about this policy or make a request.
Children
OpoCentro is an exam-preparation app and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children through accounts, because it does not currently offer accounts. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a channel connected to OpoCentro, please contact us using the method below.
International processing
Cloudflare and Apple may process technical or transaction-related information in countries other than your own as necessary to provide their services. Their processing is governed by their respective terms and privacy documentation.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when OpoCentro changes. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
